Our commitment
We want every patient to be able to use this website, including people with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities. This site is designed and built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we’ve done
- An on-site accessibility toolbar to adjust text size, contrast, and reduce motion
- Full keyboard navigation
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels for screen readers
- Alternative text on images
- Visible focus indicators
- Respect for your system’s reduced-motion preference
- The entire site available in English and Spanish
Ongoing work
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a box that gets ticked once. We continue to test and improve this site. If you find something that doesn’t work for you, we want to hear about it.
Report a problem
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us and we will make it right.
