Information we collect

When you request an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, and the reason for your visit. If you submit a testimonial, we collect your first name, last initial, and the text you write. We do not collect medical information through this website beyond what you choose to share in these forms.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile collects limited technical information about your browser and device in order to verify that you are a human visitor. This check may run in the background without requiring any action from you. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.

Error monitoring

We use an error-monitoring service (Sentry) to detect technical failures on this site. It is configured not to collect personal information: it does not record IP addresses, does not record your screen or keystrokes, and form data is stripped before anything is sent. We receive only technical details about the error itself.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to contact you about your appointment request or your testimonial. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Testimonials

Testimonials are published only with your explicit consent and are displayed using your first name and last initial only (for example, “Maria G.”). We review every submission before publishing. You may request removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting our office.

This website and HIPAA

This website is an informational and appointment-scheduling tool. It is not a patient portal and should not be used to transmit detailed medical information. Please do not include sensitive medical details in the appointment form, a testimonial, or the chat. To discuss your care, call our office directly.

The chat assistant

Our chat assistant is automated and provides general educational information only. It is not a medical professional, cannot diagnose or advise, and no person reads your messages.

We do not store the text of your chat messages. We log only technical information that helps us improve the assistant — for example, whether it found a useful answer — but never what you typed. Even so, please do not share personal medical details in the chat.

Data storage

Data submitted through this site is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase), and this site is hosted on Vercel. Access is restricted to authorized practice staff.

Your choices

You may request access to the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting our office. Note that medical records maintained by the practice are governed by separate retention laws.
